Stray dogs in my area are causing a lot of problems for students in studying and also to the people on streets as they are agressive at times and bite people and cows . They are continuously making noise at night because of that we are not even able to sleep as there are a lot of aged people in our society.
We have even complaint about them before but they were held free within 24 hr .
