Kuundan Hyundai — MH14GN1043 Car Service issue- Poor experience & giving defect added car by Showroom after servicing

MH14GN1043 Car is giving for servicing on 28.12.2023
In which Clutch was hard, so ask for check & change if required.
(Note:- Car not having any issue regarding vibrating on idling stage before giving to servicing)

Kundan Hyundai Showroom has change the clutch, after his completing the Service they ask me for ride the car, in which i have told then seem pick up issue & car is vibrating while idling.
They said you take car now & inform if any issue again.

In 2nd Day 29th i called back to shown room person that car is vibrating too much, They send the technician on 30.12.2023, in which he check the car seem MI engine light is goin to On & he also fill yes car is vibrating.
While checking on Tab while running through fuse box, engine cylinder is seem misfire

They have pick up car on 31st or 1jan & take back to show room to resolve the MI engine light on & vibrating issue.
They said Car is vibrating due to MI light is ON

On 2nd jan Showroom person called & confirm your car issue is resolve you can pick up your car from showroom.
In same day in evening i went to showroom & take the car from them

while taking the trial drive test, i told them car is still vibrating, issue is not resolve,
There Service incharge said you take the car for again for trial on 2 days & give us feedback, with this i start the car & just from backgate to front gate i drive the car & again MI light is going to ON

So on same date i again handover car to showroom & ask them how you can confirm the issue is resolve (MI light is again ON & Vibrating issue is still there)
While checking on Tab while running through fuse box, engine cylinder is seem misfire

Till 8.01.2024 Show room has take my car at showroom & they said we have done all test now it seem Your car ECM is damage or not working(This is very costly item, ).
Showroom person said due to ECM car is vibrating & jerking.

This discussion has done with Showroom Serivce manager itself.

I have change the ECM also, & showroom person ask me to pick car on 10.01.2024 as ECM is change & car is not now vibrating.
With this i went to showroom & take the car for trial,

While taking the car for trial on same time i again said, vibrating issue is still there, to take Kilometer trial we have gone with showroom person
But in 1Km just, car fuel is fully dropped & car has stop directly middle at the road. Some how they manage with 1hr for petrol & we took back car to show room again

I told to them car is still vibrating, issue is not resolve

With this statement Showroom person goes for next statement, Sir your engine mounting pad is seem not ok, thats why its vibrating.

i did not understand before giving my car to servicing there was now any Vibrating issue & Engine MI light ON issue.
& Still after keeping the car almost 10days at showroom they have not even resolve the issue of vibrating which was not earlier & telling this may need to change, this now we need to do like this.

Its a very poor & bad experience i have face with Kundan Hyundai showroom.
Due to this vibration if anything is getting failed in my car & if any cause of accident, its completly responsible the Kundan Hyundai Showroom.
(Because car vibration is not good for long term to drive the car, with this defect generation they have given me the car after servicing)
