KVS — Regarding misbehave and not giving results

I passed my class 12th this year from kv2colabamumbai as I live in vasai it take 500-600 to go there and come home and also I am preparing for jee at home and my father has small business in colaba so my brother go there sometimes so today when he went colaba I thought it would be good if he take marksheet from school he went there they asked for letter with parents sign I sent the letter and then they were asked to print it and when they went to print it, a teacher in the office talked to me in my Brother's phone and she was talking very rudely like "Tu kyu nahi aya" and all and in high pitch voice and I also have problem of high pitch sound but I was talking to her very firmly Even though she keeps talking like "tu tera" etc. And she was talking like I am an imposter and send someone else there so I told him about my parents sign in my letter and about my friend who was also there and took his brother's marksheet She was not ready to listen at all and called me badtameez too and not gave marksheet I have some questions if they are recruited in school on merit only and no discipline which they want from us if you are thinking I'm an imposter then just video call me which I said to her but she thought it was mean that I asked her to video call me for proofAnd was giving me threats that marksheet will be given to me only even after 1 year One thing is for sure the teacher was very rude and high pitched that even a 10th class child would lose his cool And only one thing I want to ask if they cannot give us marksheet why we give cbse board fees when they are owner of our marksheet
