Dear Sir,
This is to inform you that I have passed class X Exam in Academic year 2014-16 from Kendriya Vidyalaya, Nilkuthi, Baburhat, Cooch Behar. The school was under Bhubaneshwar RO in 2016. At the time of registration for CLASS-X Examination my father's name had erroneously been mentioned as PRADIP SARKAR whereas his actual name is PRADIP KUMAR SARKAR. Earlier I have complained about this issue to Bhubaneswar RO & they asked me to send all details like my Admit card & Grade cum Certificate of performance. After providing required documents they have sent me the corrected Grade cum Certificate of performance which I have received on 27/05/2019. But they did not sent my Admit Card of class-X till date though I have repeatedly sent them reminder regarding this issue. I have tried to communicate with the Regional Office Bhubaneshwar to their office number but the number is not working. So, I am suffering a lot for applying Govt. Jobs in absence of my Admit Card.
Hence, You are kindly requested to take necessary steps towards above mentioned subject & resolve my issue as early as possible.
