Respected officials of air india.
I (Bevara sreedhar, visakhapatnam) booked two tickets from web site of air india by using sbi mastro debit card.
1. Visakhapatnam to bangalore on dt.10 sep 2017.

2. Bangalore to visakhapatnam on dt. 14sep 2017.
Tkt no:098-[protected] pnr hm8gf web reference aibe34352880 rs:3456.
On the day of journey dt 10 sep 2017 air india cancelled the flight a1 9539 due to technical defect. And also cancelled both my tickets stating that i am eligible for full refund of rs.8603.
With all these details and documentation i mailed several times to [protected]@airindia.co.in for demand of refund, but each time got reply as failure of notice. Please look into this matter and make necessary arrangement for refund of my money into my respective transaction card at earliest. Enclosed all details for your reference and necessary action.
