As per above mentioned topic i need to raise complaint against vespa service center KVS two wheeler koilandy, kozhikode issue are listed below vehicle number (KLAB4929 red)
1 ) failed to provide me correct number plate, delayed with 1 week by wrong number plate.
2) number plate not fixed properly.
3) full tank petrol scooter given for service, after service found empty.
4) malfunction lamp indication after 1 week delivery
5) PDI found failure, oil level found low during delivery
6) failure to follow promise time and date.
7) No person available for communication, lack of staff and technical team to resolve issue.No proper communication
Regarding number plate issue police had filed petty case on me for using wrong number plate, as soon as possible please provide me correct number plate and need to fix properly.Any failure will gone for consumer court for further procedure. Was this information helpful? |
