I am writing this complaint against my company name kyankunj and the payroll is team hr. They ask me to to resign or direct leave the company. the reason they provided that tds deducted and company in loss also the process laying down. Yesterday morning the got a call from the HR of team hr name prashant. He directly ask me to submit the laptop to the company because we didn't have business and no need of more employees so i ask him that sir i am already complete my morning shift and hows is possible. i did not received and call and information from my GL or TL also the manager side. So he told me i am the senior hr . So after the call i contact my GL and they my TL. but till afternoon no one update my about this, Then my GL informed e that company laying down and soon every one will get the notice call. So i massage my TL she is not reply informed my about anything and today morning she shared the meeting link and inform me that company in loss tds deducted from the company and soon the process laying down my job is not safe all team member were get the same call on daily basis and in last they gave me. we all left the company because its laying down. But company is working with and totally scam with me and 6 employees. If they terminated me or ask me for direct leave. I need my 3 month salary apart from my sep salary. aslo they were not provide bonus from last 3 months.
