Today I received call through Team Hr. Team hr is payroll of my company. They told me that Company process is ran down. Please serve 1 month notice period and resigned the organization. No one contact me like company HR and Managers. They removed me all groups and also closed my working mail id. So Where Can I contact me? The company is being laid off, so we are getting only one month's compensation. If the company is doing retrenchment, then there is a provision to give you 90 days salary. But No one contact me regarding 3 months salary. I want 3 months salary and bonus apart from September. Only then I will submit the laptop.
