I placed an online prepaid order from Kyaratoys.com for a remote control excavator worth ₹5400.
The product delivered to me is completely different from what was shown on their website and during video call. The quality is very poor and even the bucket, which was claimed to be metal, is plastic.
I have complete unboxing video proof, payment proof, order details, and chat screenshots.
I contacted the seller multiple times for return and refund, but they are avoiding calls and not responding properly. They initially assured support but are now ignoring my requests.
This is a clear case of misleading product and unfair trade practice.
