L.t.distributors,3d,jodhpur Park,kolkata-700068,w.b. — Lying, rude behavior of the mechanic

A mechanic named Sukamal Ghosh, working for L.T. Distributor, Jodhpur Park, Kolkata, has harassed, made rude comments, and also told me lies, when I gave call to the distributor.

I needed to replace my LPG gas tube ( Suraksha ). When I called the distributorship, the mechanic lied to me point blank, saying that they don't have the Suraksha gas tube. He was extremely rude to me over phone, and kept lying about the gas tube.
He even gave me a number of his crony, and told me to contact him just to replace a gas tube.
Actual price of the tube is Rs.190, and service charge is Rs 40.
The friend of the mechanic Sukamal Ghosh asked for Rs 220 for the tube, and Rs. 200 as service charge.
It was quite apparent that, this rude, lying, corrupt mechanic tried to cheat us by referring to his crony, and earn a commission.
I later called the LT Distributor and came to know that they have a good stock of gas tubes. Once this Sukamal Ghosh came to know that I am aware of his lying, he came running to my house.

In previous occasions, whenever this mechanic has come to my house on any cooking gas related problem, he has always misbehaved, and made rude comments.
I own a gas cooking range. Every time he would try to push sell the stove tops from the LT Distributor.

Please take strict action against this person. He is a menace to our society.
