Dear concern team,
I would like to say you that, in the year 2016, i bought my scooter, for which i took loan from l & t financial services. Installment that the starting date was 05-jul-2016 and the last date was 05-dec-2017.
On the 5th of every month the emi of 3073 is cut from my account. Money was not deducted from my account on 5th. While there was enough money in my account, my 3073 rupees was not cut.
I received call from l & t financial team, because of the server problem, all the customer's money is not cut.
Our field boy will come to you and he will take the money.
Now problem is this, ecs 590 rs has been deducted from my indusind bank.
Due to the server issue of l & t financial, the debit from my account is 590. It has happened before.
There is no mistake on my side.
Now i want refund my 590 rs. Either, come from the indusind bank or come from l&t financial services.
I am sending you my account statement.
