La-Fe.com — sent a completely different watch. when I have asked for the return and refund then they are giving no response of my email.

I have ordered an watch as given in the advertisement by La-fe is operated by la-fe.com. But they have delivered a completely different product worst in quality. Though I have received the item by payment still they are showing the payment is pending. There is no refund or replacement option. I have mailed several times and there is no response from their side not receiving any call. In that case please help me to get back my money that is by return and refund policy. Thank you.

They have sent a completely different watch of poor quality. Worst product. Please help me to get the refund. I have mailed several times but there is no response from their sides. The contact number are also useless. Though I have completed the payment and collected the item still they are showing the payment status is pending. This has been taken place with all the customers how have ordered from this site. Please resolve this issue and help me to get the refund.
