I placed an order on 5th Aug 2024 with Label Frenesi Fashion worth Rs.2, 029.01
As per there shipping policies, its mentioned they take 18-25 days for shipping but its been more than a month now there no information from them. I texted them on what's app on 24th Aug 2024 where they replied "Replies may take up to 24-48 working hours" & till date there is no reply from them nor I've got my order.
Please help me with my order or get the refund back from them.
