Label Rangrez — No order confirmation message or response

I gave placed an order from label rangrez website but they didn't sent me any email of confirmation of order. I have placed the order as a guest but during checkout i have mentioned my email id, phone number, and address, i have also prepaid for the order but no response from them. I sent them messages in WhatsApp, instagram, email id and called them but still they didn't respond
