Despite making a payment for a treatment, there has been no response to my numerous calls and messages for over a month. This lack of communication is not only unethical but also raises serious concerns about the clinic's commitment to customer service. The ineffective and painful experience, coupled with the complete absence of any response, has left me distressed and uncertain about the services I paid for. I urgently request an investigation into this matter, an explanation for the lack of response, and immediate corrective action to address the issue.
