Ladybazaar — I have already made payment using my credit card and I am asked to pay by delivery again

I placed an order in ladybazaar.com. I payed via credit card when i placed my order and i have message and credit card transaction history for the same. The delivery person says he is asked to get cash while delivering (Ie cash on delivery).
I tried contacting the customer care of tat site.. Both the numbers are switched off.. No response for my email too..
