Dear Sir/ Madam
I am writing this letter seeking help from you since I have been cheated in the Online Shopping.
I had ordered for an Anarkali Chudidhar online on 26th February 2018 at www.ladybeautique.in
I had made a payment of Rs. 1249/- through my debit card.
I received the product on 3rd March 2018 through courier.
When I opened the pack, the product received was different from the product I ordered.
I called them several times and also sent several mails for returning the product and for my amount refund. Till today there is no response from their end.
I request your kind self to help me in getting my amount back.
I hope you would help him in this regard pl.
