I ordered few products - 4 units online form ladybeautique.in, payment mode cod - rs. 5147/- I got the parcel on 19/02/2018 from address - ac-2989 west field empire, opp. Incleave katargam, surat - 395004, gujarat, india, mobile mo. - [protected]. I paid the cash on delivery. When i opened the bag wrong products were delivered and quantity was 3 unit only. And the quality is pathetic. I tried to contact on given number, but the person does not answer the calls and mailed as per instructions were given on site. No action has been taken. Please file a complaint... I got wrong product and I'm able to call that contact no which provides in site. Refund my money.i got two products but I ordered one anarkali.

Same happened with me as well.I ordered, 2 units of suits amounting to 2518rs with an order number of ORDER LB22589 but never received the product.
Tried to mail several times with the email id provided. Also tried contacting the number. Nobody picks up the call.
