I had purchased a gown from ladybeautique.in. I got it delivered on 12.02.17 i opened the box to see a different gown. And also their material is pathetic. I immediately sent a mail to them requesting for a return but it's been 3 days and no reply and nor their numbers reachable. The return policy says to initiate return within 7 days i'm afraid where they would deny the return once seven days have passed.
I request you to kindly look into to it and refund my money 1360/- back.
