Ladybeautique.in — wrong product delivered and no refund

I ordered one cream colour anarkali suit but delivered a wrong one. Which was of worst quality and not fit to use. I paid rs1359 on cod for the same. I had mailed them as per the instruction on there site. And also called them on the number but there was no response from there side. It is a fraud site please take necessary action to refund my amount.
