Ladybeautique.in — I did not receive the product.

I ordered from Ladybeautique.in site with 2 products. Made the payment through online itself. One product cost rs.1189 while the other was rs.1269 so the subtotal went to Rs.2518 with an addition of Shipping charges of rs.60.

I received the confirmation mail from the site as well but never receieved the product.No tracking details were available and the 1 contact number available on their site was never picked up by.

My order number was ORDER LB22589.

I mailed several times to the email id provided on the site [protected]@ladybeautique.in but got no response.
