I had ordered 2 dresses from their Instagram handle on 30th oct 2018 I made her payment on same day. them later they sent me the product but my contact number was not mentioned on parcel so courier company could not deliver the product and was sent back to delhi. then i asked them to re forward the parcel but they did not do that and did not share tracking details. I went to courier company office but did not give me the parcel saying I do not have tracking details. so i keep on requesting them to share tracking details but they did not share that. since today 17/12/2018 I have not received the product. i even asked for refund of amount but they ignored that.
