Lakme Academy Noida Sector 18 — Need full refund

I was admitted for the makeup course from Lakme academy Noida sector 18 . They were charged 86730/- for this course which I have paid. But still no satisfaction for this. During the admission they were saying that, we will provide portfolio, notes, makeup kit but nothing was there totally false commitment specially Mr. Gyanendra (HOD) of Lakme academy Noida sector 18. When I have complaint for this that he was saying we will not providing such kind of things.
Still my makeup photo shoot copy is received because of missing.

They were saying that we don't have any photos and portfolio so that we will not be
able to give you anything is pending requirement.

Request you to please - I need my full refund. And take a necessary action against LAKME ACADEMY POWERED by APTECH Noida sector 18.
