My Name is Vishal Singh, I live in Mayur Vihar Ph3, Recently i visited Lal Bahadur Hospital Khichripur bcoz i was sick last 4-5 days and i am PCM everyday. As we are listening because of our CM Kejriwal Sir our Govt hospitality has improved. So i went there for treatment, so i have seen there something unexpected, nothing is happening systematic, everything happening just like dictatorship, unorganised, they are treating patient just like slave, yelling on patients and their families, not only staff as well as doctors also, i would like to say chidya ghar is more organised than this hospital and corruption is going on also. there are few lines which i wanna share with you which is not acceptable.
1. Making New Slip and for new date guards are taking money from patients and staff who is making slip and distribute medicine they leave their chair in every 10 minutes and come after 10 to 15 minutes, i waited there 2 hrs only for new slip and second time 2.5 hrs only for date stamp and there were many people who given money to gourds to make slip, and medicine counter are so corrupted first they provide for their staff and doctors without needed if remained than to be provided to patient, thats why patients does not get the every medicine.
2. Numbering system so bad, that guards just giving number as they want he is saying in front of many people i dont remember which number is going, i am just giving, ye haal ha, and jiska jo bad language ha wo usi gandi language mme patient ke unpr chilla chillakr bol raha ha, ek to bimari ki wajah se wo aise hi pareshan ha unpr se aisa atmosphere rude behaviour.
3. And doctors behaviors are so so rude more than any other staff, a doctor should not suppose to behave like that Room No 20, there were a lady doctor i went there 30 Oct 2023 and 25 Oct 2023, she is a senior doctor two doctors working under him, around 5 feet height and 70-80 kg weight maybe newly married fair skin colour. i figured it, she doesnt understand patient before understanding she just start yelling on patient, she is absolutly out of mind, usko sense hi nahi ha bolne ka patient se. jab doctors apne aap ko thora sa bi control hi nahi krr sakte to unko patient dekhne ka bhi koi adhikaar nahi hona chaiye
One thing i wanna say every person working here with pay. so why they are not treating as a human to patients, en patients ki wajah se hi un logo ka ghar chalta ha, koi yanha pr free me kam nahi kr raha.
I humbly request to you please find out this type of person and please do appropriate action against to them, and teach them how to behave with patients and their families, without patients they are nothing,
