Lalitha — Consolidated mark sheet regading

Myself R. Lalitha, M.sc., Mathematics,

I appeared for the special arrear examination in April 2023. For almost two years, I visited the office around six times to collect my marksheet, but each time I did not receive a proper response. Finally, only after I raised a complaint to the controller of examination, I received the marksheet in July 2025, and that too only for the paper I had cleared.

Subsequently, I was informed that I should apply for the consolidated marksheet with a Demand Draft of ₹1000. Accordingly, I submitted the application with my final marksheet along with the DD on July 24, 2025. However, even after nearly three and half months, I have not received the consolidated marksheet or any communication regarding the status of my application.

If there is any mistake or missing requirement from my side, I kindly request you to inform me so that I can rectify and resubmit immediately. Without any communication, I am unable to understand the reason for this prolonged delay.

Already, my individual marksheet was issued after an inordinate delay of two years. Now, the consolidated marksheet is also being delayed in the same way. This has put me in a very difficult situation, as the consolidated marksheet is essential for my job promotion and further career advancement.

I therefore humbly request you to Provide me with the exact reason for this delay.
I sincerely hope this matter will be taken up on priority and resolved at the earliest, as further delay will severely affect my professional future.
