[Resolved]  Lalmani Indane Gas Agency, Raipur (C. G.) — Poor checking while delivering the cylinder

While receiving the cylinder, consumer no.-4137, my wife requested your staff to check whether the cylinder is not leaking. Your staff checked it, on finding a fault he changed the washer in the gas supply nozzle and delivered the cylinder and went away taking the amount. A few moment later it was found that the smell of gas was spreading in whole house which is very risky. Luckily the gas stove did not glow else and accident could had happened.
Sir, it is very false checking by the delivering staff which should be taken care of.
