Lalpath Lab — Reports was not derived on time

Following up with LALPATH LAB from 27 Feb 2023 for the commented reports and issue is still going on.
Its really a nightmare for any one to follow-up with Customer care over call and email both for 15 days just for 500rs issue and not getting any revert or solution.
I've talked for more than 10+ hr with their customer care person which I think caused more value loss than the actual issue cost.
