6 weeks ago I had a microbiology pus test performed at Lalpathlab code PSC0155, Hanuman Rd in Delhi. Results showed a small number of common bacteria, supposedly sensitive to almost all antibiotics. 4 of those medicines I had taken prior to going for the pus test, they did not work. Obviously the test was not performed at all or performed wrongly, otherwise the antibiotics would have cured me long ago. The company is now refusing to refund the 750 Rs for the test. If I contact them by email I am told to call. If I call I am told to mail. I have so far spoken to Hitesh Patel and John, located in Delhi and Kavita and Rasheshwara in Anna Nagar, Chennai. I am shocked and disgusted by this strategy to make the customer run in circles until she gives up.
