On 5th of March 2022, I got my car paid serviced at LAmba Hyundai Okhla with a basic complaint of alignment issues (handle turning right) and doors making noise.
The case was serviced however post car servicing my Car AC started tripping without proper cooling and noises on doors still existed.
I complaint again and the car was picked to get this repaired. as per agent it was repaired and delivered but then nothing was resolved. Doors sound still existed and AC issues was there.
Third Day the car was picked again with the same complaint and and still everything remained as it is. I was told that the handle turning right is not a easy fix and will cost me around 20 to 21K INR.
Then I spoke to Ms Dolly and she requested to give the last chance. I agreed to give the vehicle for the fourth time however with a condition that I need an alternative and good condition car so that I can continue with my daily chores as it was Saturday and I had lot to complete. I was sent an I10 in a pathetic situation. Car was completely dirty, clutch was very tight and as soon as you pick the car up it used to switch off. Air conditioning not working and AC compressor noise was more then a diesel generator.
I clearly refused to accept this substitute car, driver called GM and told that customer is sending the car back due to these issues. GM did not have a curtosy to speak to me.
MS dolly called me in 20 mins and asking me to send the car and she will send another subtitute car but I am not free. A service centre who cannot maintain their own vehicle can never maintain a customer's car.
the issue of Air conditioning was then resolved by a local car mechanic.
Infact I had praised Lamba Hyundai serivce historically servicing but now Imagine the level of professionalism and trained staff Lamba Hyundai has.
