We have invested in property in Landmark The Mall at Sector-66, Gurgaon in the year 2007. We made 15% payment of Rupees 7, 63, 620 upfront and subsequent two instalments of Rupees 7, 63, 620 in the year 2008. Balance payment was to be made on completion of the building. After I made several enquiries from Landmark Group about the status of the aforesaid project but nobody from the opposite party responded and after personally visiting the Gurgaon Office several times and meeting Mr. Devendra Pandey, Mr. Anuj, Mr. Ritu Raj & Mr. Akhilesh Tiwari but none of them co-operated. Landmark Apartments had stopped construction and fled with our money with absolute zero communication regarding the project and yet to this date 14/08/2017, after several demands for refund of total principal money of 22, 90, 860 they have taken zero action.This is highly unjustified.
They can very well be labelled cheaters & fraudsters, they still have ongoing projects in Gurgaon called the Residency, in Faridabad called Imperial Heights and I do not understand how are these fraud builders allowed to launch such projects.
To my understanding I have met & communicated with various people and I am not the only one who has been cheated by this building developers. I would like to launch a complaint against Landmark Group (Landmarkgoc.com) for cheating us and the public and sitting with the public fund. We want response to this, we want our money refunded immediately with interest and damages on account of harassment, humiliation, physical and mental stress and agony suffered by me.
