My hondacity car no 1418 was sent for servicing with my driver on 19/3/18. Thinking that service centre provides lunch to driver. When driver asked for lunch the service centre attending reception lady and mr naresh mechanic refused to provide lunch nor given coupon also for lunch though earlier day i have confirmed with booking lady that they will provide lunch or lunch coupen. My poor driver remain hungry whole day. Concered staff are eating drivers lunch money provided by company. — sudhagauri c somani
