I came new house on june 16 2017 in anna nagar, medavakkam. From the beggning onwards my owner is speaking rudely. I asked him to provide rental agreement for getting gas cylinder from agency. But he spoke with me rudely and told "i will not provide rental agreement or vacate home immediately".
Daily he will drink and come to my apartment and speak rudely. Becasue of this, i am mentally disturbed.
I am not sure whether he will give back or not advance amount 25k when i am vacating house. I am afraid of that.
