Lanovo — slow booting and hanging to load application

Sir/madam.

I buy lanovo idea pad 330 intel core i8th generation laptop in rupees - 32000 on 28 oct. 2018.
But it's very slow in booting and hang every time to open any application and booting.
Some time it's very irreteting.
I face this problem from when i buy.
It's wrathful for me. So i want to change it otherwise back my money.
Please help me.
