I visited Lapdoc on 3rd December 2024 for an issue with my HP laptop’s display, which was blinking and flashing on one side. The technician diagnosed the issue and charged me Rs. 3000, stating that replacing a "Logitech card" would resolve the problem. I was provided with a 1-month warranty on the repair.
Within a week, the same issue resurfaced. I revisited the shop on 30th December 2024 to inform them of the recurring problem. The technician denied responsibility, claimed that the problem was now different, and suggested replacing the display for Rs. 6000, disregarding the warranty promise.
Meanwhile, I also got a battery replacement and repair for my Lenovo laptop from the same shop, costing Rs. 3800, with a 6-month warranty. Unfortunately, this laptop has also stopped working. Was this information helpful? |
