Hello,
I have ordered a Laptop battery for my dell laptop. Dell Vostro 3446, Inspiron 3521 / 5537 / 5437 / 3737 / 14R /
15 / 15R / 17 Original Battery FW1MN MR90Y - 65Wh on 27 april 2021. But they send me the wrong product. They send me the XCMRD battery which is look like an old battery with damage barcode. They told me to return to our product after return they said that the product i have sent is wrong. I was asking of CCTV footage of the packing of my product but they did provide me the footage.

My personal experience was very bad, I bought a laptop battery as the advert stated the part is genuine & brand new. But when I received the battery it had scratches on it and was in a plain box so obviously it was not a brand new item. On contacting them “not-surprising” no answer from them.
