I have purchased a wespro laptop mini(NS722) from homeshop18 vide order no.[protected] for rs.5999 on 06/02/2013.To my surprise I found that instruction manual and techinical specifications was missing in the courrier.I have ordered this for surfing internet through through my dongle.In the website there was nowhere mentioned that connectivity was only through LAN/ broadband connection(as on jan.29 2013).There was no mention that windows CE os will not support dongle.I have called homeshop18 customer care regarding my corcerns via compliant no 79550913 as major details about dongle connectivity was not mentioned and also this os (win CE) will not support any installation either.After compliant homeshop18 have updated thier website with all techinical details.
This is a case of providind customer an incomplete information/hinding shortcomings/deficiency of the product.This is violiation of the right to be informed about the quality, quantity, potency, purity, standard and price of goods or services, as the case may be so as to protect the consumer against unfair trade practices in Consumer Protection Act of 1986.
Since I have no use of this product / this is an inapproirate product for me I request it either to replace it/take it back
