Launchio Consulting — Harassment even after repeated requests..

Hi, I am writing to you to complaint against the company " Launchio Consultancy ". After several reminders the consultants at Launchio have been calling me repeatedly. I requested them to remove the my number from their data base and was promised by one of their Managers that it would be done at immediate basis.

However this was not done and continued to receive calls there after. I have been requesting them to either remove my number from their data base or block my number which is ( [protected] ), but this was not done by any of the Managers.

I received a call today[protected] from Sowjanya Gupta at 16:30, and I requested her to transfer the call to one of the Managers around but she abused me and disconnected the call. I wanted to resolve the issue, and called them back but she continued to disconnect the call. I contacted them from another number ( [protected] ) to speak to them and resolve the issue, but an associate named Mithun received the call and refused to transfer the call to the on floor manager or resolve the issue.

I Kindly request you to look into this and take a necessary action against Ms. Launchio Consultancy.
