Please never use laundrexx it seems to be a annoying and bloody hell pissing off service for laundry. I had given them my 5 shirts on feb 1st 2020 which was to be returned back on 7th feb 2020. 4 shirts have been ready but my 1 shirt is still missing. When having called them numerous times only reply i get from them is give us 2 days. And repeated 2 days. Never got a call from them ever for all the follow up, i have done with them. Later after visiting there head office at besant nagar, there main officer assures me to keep in touch and call me. Ask me for few more days of time. Or take a compensation of rs.350/- for something which is worth 2k worn a single time. They wanted time till 29th feb 2020. Still waiting for there call. And my shirt is still missing. Clueless what and why does this happen.
The branch head of kilpauk tells me, he has 10 brands and cant he doesnt know where my 1 shirt is. He is busy with other branches.
Is this the kind of service and response we would expect or ask for customer service which is needed for us in this day and age. I have lost all my patience with them and writing this up.
After a month today i have picked up my other 4 shirts with a receipt of 1 shirt pending.
Someone from the higher up if you are aware of who could help me just complain about the torture the people of there firm have been doing. With no proper response and no proper reciprocation. Laundrexx laundry business industry
