I have purchased A sporty school bag from Army canteen csd in Kanpur, a brand called Lavie Sports and index no. is 37700 item BAGE153037L3. this is one of the worst bags from everywhere threads are coming out. and the stitching is bad. the customer care services are unavailable. I am not getting any response from the brand.
This is a manufacturing defect, so Lavie is responsible for the replacement of defective goods. The product is under warranty.
