Dear Sir/Madam
I wish to complain about the Company Distributor (HNR DISTRIBUTORS) is not supplying products last 3 months. I was registered to complain but still, I didn't get resolve it.
after all, I was informed by sales officer Mr. Arogya das ([protected]). but he is also supporting distributors.
even he is not ready to resolve the retail problems and he is not responding properly.
I am complaining because the Distributor and sales officer are ignoring me. To resolve this problem I would like you to do continues the business.
When I first learned of this problem, I contacted to Sales Man Mr. Mahadev he is not ready to take the order your company products. and was told that nothing could be done about supply problem. I believe that this response is unfair because Mondelez's india Pvt Ltd is a customer oriental. I would like a written statement explaining your company's position and what you will do about my complaint.
I look forward to hearing from you as soon as possible to resolve this problem.
