Sushila Kothari residing on the fourth floor in `C' Wing with a family of fifteen members is assisting and colluding with the trustees of Saraswatibai Bishwambharlal Charity Trust who are having malafide intentions to grab my residential flat. Since July 1992 my suit against the trust and its trustees is being heard by Small Causes Court in Mumbai. The son of Sushila Kothari was caught spitting paan and gutka which would land in my second floor balcony and just a month back the walls, railings and floor of my balcony were cleaned with help from officials of Malabar Hill Police Station. The family of Sushila Kothari keep throwing unwanted and dirty things and wrappers of sweets and biscuits from the terrace of their rented flat on fourth floor. They have been requested and warned several times by me as well as the police officials. Yesterday, Trishla who is the daughter of Sushila Kothari's daughter removed her slippers and kicked me with her feet outside the lift on the ground floor. Was this information helpful? |
