Never hire this lawyer Rakesh Pal . He resides at 70, Triveni Nagar Indore (M.P) . His mobile numbers are
[protected] and [protected] . This lawyer is a fraudster and liar.
Initially this cheat lawyer told me that his fees was Rs. 5000/ . I agreed to this. Then he asked relevant papers
and Rs. 1000/ in advance. I gave all papers and Rs. 1000/ . After few days when I contacted him to know
about requirement of any additional paper . He began to lie that he had told that his fee was Rs. 15000/.
I was shocked to hear all this. After this I told him to return my papers and Rs. 1000/ . I would hire some other
lawyer. He has returned papers but he has not returned Rs. 1000/ . He has not provided any service
and unlawfully collected Rs. 1000/ and has not returned this amount to me.
Very soon I am going to lodge complaint against this lawyer before disciplinary committee of Bar Council of
India.
