I was purchased phillips led tv model no.39pfl3850/v7 a11 on 15/09/2016 from mhow naka lotus electronic.
Lotus electronic assured me 3year warranty.
Now my led tv is not working.
I have trying to contact customer support but they are not provide services.

I have got ispreet madam mob. No (+91 [protected]) from lotus employee she managing services i have talk her about my problem. She replied i will inform you shortly. But now she can't recieved my call from 3 days.
They said last year videocon company was down due to high loss and both companies is in partnership so we can't provide services now.

Dear team it is my humble request you to please contact me and resolve this issue as soon as possible.
Please do the needful on higher priority.
