Amol Chavhan is the owner of Laxmi Enterprises. The location of the shop is Shop No 1, Floor No 1, Gitai Building, Rahatani, Pune 411057. He quotes himself as authorised dealer of Dr Fixit.

The person came and did some work. He took full payment of Rs 20000. The terrace still leaks likewise after one week.

The person refuses to pick up our phone calls and he has not given us bill / warranty, which he had marketed before taking this job. This needs an immediate attention. We are not sure what to do here. Kindly help
