I had also booked a plot of 100 yards in Dehradun(Drona City) for which Rs 45, 000/- was paid by me to Company .Later came to know that management of the company is missing & no one there for allotment of land or refund of money. Further I had also filed my complaint to Delhi Police, Economic Offence Wing. On regular persuasion of this case I got a cheque but could clear due to insufficient of fund. I want back my refund kindly help me.
