I recently placed an order on the Layered Luxury website, but the product I received appears to be fake. It does not match the original product shown on their website — the packaging and overall appearance are completely different and of poor quality.
When I tried to initiate a return through their website, the return option displayed an error and did not proceed. I also attempted to contact their customer support but have not received any response so far.
This situation has caused inconvenience and financial loss, and I am requesting appropriate action against the seller. I would also like to request a full refund or a genuine replacement.
