I bought a new le max 128gb phone which is 3 months old, after a use of one month it started behaving abnormally. I received a faulty which started showing lines on the screen and gets very heated. Le tv has 15days of policy to return the phone when it is submitted to their service centre, however i am going through this mental harassment from last two months. On 24th june 2016, i submitted my phone in their service center (Hotline communications, karol bagh, new delhi) and was promised to get it back within 15 days, and till now no response!!!
Moreover i called le tv contact center multiple times on[protected], where in the agents are very rude, who don't know how to speak with the customers and do not provide any information rather just ask to keep waiting,. I spent rs. 37000 to buy this phone and in return not even getting the customer service which should be even on average level.
Mohd. Asif, ekant, ajay kumar and paras took my calls, and did the fake promises of call back from escalation team. Upon request of supervisor to speak mohd. Asig and ekant informed no one available and promised falsely a call back from supervisor in 2hrs. Ajay hung up my call after keeping me on hold and above all paras with whom i had harrowing experience, denied straight away to provide a supervisor with the reason that everyone is in meeting. Also he showed disaster way of customer experience. He denied my for everything i asked him. I am totally annoyed, disappointed with this company as they are not replacing/returning my phone. I either need my money back from this company or else i want them to replace my phone asap with extended warranty to be added for the time they keeping the phone with themselves. They do not even reply on
