I wish to file a complaint against Leaf Ortho regarding an unsatisfactory shopping experience and their failure to resolve my issue.
I purchased a pair of slippers (Size 6) from the Leaf Ortho website. After receiving the product, I found that the slippers were too large for me. I contacted their customer support and requested a return. However, I was informed that they do not have a return policy. Since the required Size 5 was unavailable, I agreed to exchange the product for a Size 10 pair in full black color, as advised.
However, instead of the full black slippers that I had ordered for the exchange, I received a blue and white pair. I immediately contacted the company and requested that they exchange the incorrect color with the one I had ordered. Despite multiple follow-ups, the company has not responded to my messages. It has now been more than 20 days, and my issue remains unresolved.
The company's actions amount to deficient service and unfair trade practices. They delivered a product different from what was agreed upon during the exchange and have failed to provide any customer support thereafter.
I request the Consumer Commission to direct the company to:
Replace the wrongly delivered slippers with the correct Size 10, full black slippers as agreed, or provide a full refund.
Take appropriate action against the company for its deficient customer service and failure to resolve the complaint despite repeated follow-ups.
Award compensation for the inconvenience, mental harassment, and time wasted in pursuing this matter.
I have supporting documents, including the order details, screenshots of my conversations with the company, and photographs of the product received, which I can provide as evidence.
