Leakseal Systems & Coatings — misusing the company name despite of resigning from the company. | |||
Mr firoz shaikh from leakseal systems & coatings a-11, yojana chs, s.V road, opp new era talkies, malad-west, mumbai-400064 has been illegally operating the company name leakseal without the consent of the original firm leakseal india pvt ltd which is also located at the same location. After resigning from the company mr firoz started a new company under the same name thereby stealing and misguiding our clients also affecting the company name in the market. Since the company is registered under the trade mark class 16 & 37 the name of the company cannot be used without the consent of its original founder. The company also has copyrights of the brand name leakseal. In spite of repeatedly informing him to stop using the company name mr firoz did not stop his criminal act. 3 legal notices were also sent to him for misuse and falsification of brand name from 2011 to date but mr firoz continues to use the brand name illegally. Finally the original founder of the company advertised a public notice on 4th july 2013 to inform the general public about the crime of mr .Firoz and then brought this matter to eyes of the d.C.P of kandivali west. Mr rashid chauhan with the help of d.C.P kandivali brought this matter further to malad-west police station senior inspector. But mr.Firoz still refused to change the name of company with the help of his corrupt practices and seeking help of the senior inspector. Even today, mr firoz is still operating under the name leakseal systems & coatings. Your urgent intervention & co-operation in this matter will be highly apprecaited. We also request all our customers to please do not associate any business terms with mr frioz of leakseal systems & coatings as he is a fraud and has criminal cases filed against him in civil court. Coatings for more than 3 Years, but haven't found anything annoying or
misleading. Mr. Firoz shaikh have made a marvellous image in every
society, wherever he has carried Waterproofing. Restoration or
Rehabilitation Work. Even the society which carries out work with M/s
Leakseal Systems & Coatings always gives opinion, reference and
reviews to other societies to go for Leakseal Systems &
Coatings. So M/s Leakseal India, it is just your trap to put down the

ITS VERY STRANGE THAT YOU KNOW MR FIROZ FROM 3 YEARS AND WE KNOW KNOW SINCE HE WAS BORN. LEAKSEAL INDIA PVT LTD HAS BEEN IN THE MARKET SINCE 1989 WHEN FRIZO WAS ROAMING IN HIS DIAPERS. AS FAR AS REPUATTAION IS CONCERNED CLIENTS KNOW JUST BECAUSE OF THE BRAND NAME & IF MR FRIOZ HAS THE GUTS THEN WHY IS HE STILL RUNNING UNDER THE NAME LEAKSEAL.
