I opted packers and movers service from LedEx to transit goods from Hyderabad to Bangalore. Though they completed delivery but while unpacking I found damaged items along with slight damage in bed. Also, there was leakage of liquid which resulted in damaging multiple other items.
I reached to Pavan([protected]) multiple times over different mediums(text/call/whatsapp) but he kept on giving me the same answer that "he would call me" but he never called.
I paid 8400 INR as an insurance amount(can be seen from invoice) which covers 2, 80, 00 INR of insurance but nothing got in return.
